A little background information…
Far Oakridge is a sleepy hamlet nestled deep in the Cotswolds..but with easy access to Cirencester ,Stroud,Tetbury and indeed all of this 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'.There is virtually no passing traffic,no street lights and you can be assured of absolute peace and quiet during your stay.Half a mile away is Oakridge Lynch where our local pub...The Butchers Arms...serves excellent meals in either the bar or restaurant at reasonable prices.We also have a great village shop/post office where an extensive range of groceries are available,including many locally sourced products.
We are able to provide half an acre of garden with off road parking.There is direct access to miles of country walks from our home..perfect for those who love the outdoors.It is also doggy heaven!Children are welcome too so its a great place for all the family.We can offer you a shower /cloakroom on the ground floor which you are welcome to use,but please bring your own towels and toiletries.We would also be happy to provide English Breakfast ,using local produce where possible.The additional charge for this would be £6.00 pp.(half price for under twelve years)
As this is such a quiet place we would of course ask that respect is given to our neighbours...so please no loud music.We would also ask that you do not smoke anywhere on the property.
We can provide use of a BBQ or you are welcome to bring your own but please supply your own wood/charcoal.
